Delivery & Handling
When your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation e-mail once the handling process has started.
delivery times depend on which product(s) are being sold. Shipment may take up to four weeks from the moment of ordering, depending on the item.
During our busiest hours the webshop could potentially oversell an item which isn't in stock anymore. This is because orders placed seconds ago could still be in progress on our part. If this were to happen, we'll contact you personally as soon as possible providing you with one of two options:
a) we can cancel your order and refund you for the same amount, or:
b) we can leave your order open for the next restock guaranteeing its shipment at this time.
Don't worry, we'll take care of your order in any case!
Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a shipment e-mail in which you can find a tracking number that you can use to locate your items until they arrive at your door.
European orders: please allow 3 to 15 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail.
Intercontinental orders: please allow 5 to 15 working days for delivery after receiving your shipment e-mail. Customs may hold up your order which may cause its delivery to be delayed.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you want to return or exchange an item, please e-mail email@example.com with the following information:
- order number
- name on the order
- e-mail address the order was made with
- your request
If you've received a damaged or faulty item, please also provide us with a clear photograph of the goods.
We'll get back to you with the necessary information to start the return process. Keep in mind that the cost of the return is to be borne by the buyer.
